What Embroidery Types are offered, and what is the pricing?

We offer two different types of custom embroidery:

  1. Single Initial or 3-letter Initials ($16.00)
  2. Full Names ($16.00)

What items can get custom embroidery?

At this time, only select styles can get custom embroidery; all styles can be viewed in the custom embroidery collection found here. When embroidery is available on a product, a drop-down menu will appear on the page providing embroidery options. Stay tuned, we plan to include additional products with custom embroidery in the future!

Does custom embroidery impact shipping time?

Please allow additional processing time for your item to be personalized. Our standard custom embroidery processing time is 2 – 3 weeks, Standard shipping will add 5-7 business days to your selected personalization processing time. We do offer expedited shipping for an additional fee, but please note that this will not rush your personalization processing time. If there are multiple items in your order, they will ship together when the personalization is complete. If you need an item in your order quicker, we recommend you place separate orders.

Can custom embroidery items be returned?

Custom embroidery items are custom-made and cannot be canceled or returned. We cannot make changes after an order is placed, so please review and confirm your personalization selections and spelling before you place your order. If you believe your personalized item is defective or there is an issue due to our error, please send us an email at hello@florenceeiseman.com with your order number and we will be happy to assist you. 

How many characters can fit in a name?

The maximum number of characters will be listed when you configure your personalization. The recommended number of characters in one line of a name custom embroidery is 8. After that, the font size may need to be altered to fit the name. The name will be stacked if there is a natural name break and the full name includes more than 8 characters. For example, the name “John Michael will be stacked like this:
John
Michael

What order will the letters be in for a 3-letter monogram?

Please list the letters in the correct initial boxes according to your child's initials, as requested on the page.

For traditional monograms, the letters will be embroidered as first initial, last initial, middle initial.

Where does personalization appear on an item?

Our personalization team will make the best choice for each size and style. For the cardigans, embroidery is placed in the upper left side of the chest of the garment. For dresses, embroidery is centered on teh bib.

Can I get additional customization, like special capitalization or a two-line name?

At this time, we are not able to accommodate personalization special requests. We do hope to offer more choices in design and placement in the future.
