Standard Shipping:
Order by 12 pm CST Dec 16 - Get It By Dec 24*

Express Shipping:
Order by 12 pm CST Dec 20 - Get it By Dec 24*

*Please place your order before 12:00 pm CST and request ‘Standard Shipping’ during checkout on 12/16/19 to receive by the end of day 12/24/19. Place your order before 12:00 pm CST and request ‘Express Shipping’ during check out on 12/19/19 and receive by end of day 12/24/19. Actual delivery date may vary and is based on origin, destination, shipping carrier acceptance time, weather and other conditions. Florence Eiseman does not have control over the package once it leaves the warehouse. Florence Eiseman has the right to choose the shipping carrier.

  

Shipping Policies

Orders will usually ship within 2-3 business days.  Orders placed after 3PM on Friday, CST/CDT will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not processed until the following business day (regardless of shipping speed chosen).  An automated email will be sent when your order is shipped.  If we do not have a product in stock, you will receive an email with any backorder or cancellation information. 
*We will not accept orders shipping to forwarding companies.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders over $150.

Standard and Express shipping rates are dependent on shipping address and are calculated at checkout. 

Standard Rates –

  • First Class Mail (7-10 business days) 
  • Priority Mail (5-7 business days) 

Express Shipping –

  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
