Merchandise

Please see our size chart for sizing guidelines. In general, one size corresponds with one year of growth for a child. Our sizes range from:

Baby: NB (Newborn) to 18M (18 Months)

Toddler: 2T to 4T

Girl/Boy: 4 to 6X/7

Tween: 7 to 16

For girls swimsuits, we recommend ordering a size up for best fit.


Florence Eiseman is sold in over 150 boutiques across the United States. If your size is not available, please contact us at help@florenceeiseman.com, so we may help you locate a size that one of our retailers may have in stock.

Please contact us immediately if you have received a garment that does not meet our top quality standards. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the item or issue you a full refund. Please contact us at help@florenceeiseman.com.

In your cart before Check Out, simply check the box under “Is this a gift?” that reads "Yes, this order is a gift". You should have the option to select our complimentary gift wrap and to include a gift message up to 150 characters to be included with your gift.

Shipping

Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 3PM on Friday, CST/CDT will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not processed until the following business day. Please see our Shipping page (link) for standard rates.

When your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to a search portal where you can track your package. If you have not received this email, please contact us at help@florenceeiseman.com.

Currently we do not ship internationally, including to Canada and Mexico.

We rely on the United States Postal Service for our shipments. On occasion we will use UPS.

Log in to your account and click on View Addresses under Account Details. Here you may edit your address or add a new one. If you have already placed your order and need to update the shipping address, please contact customer service as soon as possible at help@florenceeiseman.com. Orders usually ship 2-3 business days, and we can make corrections provided your order has not yet left our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

The person who gifted you an item will not be notified if you request an exchange for a gift received. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for how to request a gift exchange.

Please allow for 5 -7 business days for your refund to process once our warehouse receives the product. While we may issue the refund immediately, it may take your bank several days to post the refund to your account.

Account

You can update your mailing preferences or unsubscribe from our emails directly from any email sent to you. Open one of our emails, head to the bottom of the email, and click “Unsubscribe.”

Please log in to your account at florenceeiseman.com. Your order history can be found on the main page of your account.
