What is pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve merchandise before it is available for shipment. We do not currently offer a pre-order option.

When I put something in my shopping cart, does it guarantee I have the merchandise?
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee it will be available when you are ready to make your purchase.

I saw an item on the website, and now it has disappeared. Why?
Item quantities are limited and items are removed from the site when they are no longer available for purchase.

Am I going to receive all of the pieces I ordered?
We make every effort to keep our website inventory up to date. However, on occasion, there may be an instance where we cannot fill an order completely. If that happens, you will receive an e-mail with information regarding any sold out items you ordered.

I am looking for an item that is not currently found on the florenceeiseman.com website. What do I do?

Is it secure to enter my credit card information online?

Can I use a credit card billed out of the country and ship product to a U.S. address?
At this time we cannot process a non-U.S. issued credit card.

I'm having trouble viewing some of the items on your website. Could it be my browser?
Websites can react differently depending on the browser you're using, which can sometimes effect your ability to view content and navigate easily within the site. If you are using Internet Explorer, be sure that it's running in compatibility mode to provide optimum performance.

When will my order ship?
Orders utilizing standard shipping will usually ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of order. Your order should arrive within 3-6 days after you placed your order. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not processed until the following business day.

For 2nd Day and Next Day delivery, orders received before 11:30 CT will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 11:30 CT will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on National holidays will be shipped the following business day. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

How do I track my order?
All online orders require a valid email address. When your item is shipped, an email is automatically generated and sent to the email address provided with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you need further assistance, please call us at 833-801-3168 for tracking information.

Do you ship to Canada and other countries besides the U.S.?
Currently we do not ship internationally, including Canada and Mexico.

What is the Florence Eiseman return and exchange policy?

How long does it take to get my refund?
Please allow 10-14 days to process your return.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?
You may un-subscribe to from emails at any time. Go to either the My Account page or the Billing Information page. Change the answer to NO below the email question.

How do I determine my size?
See the Girl or Boy Size Chart which is available on every style page by pressing the Size Chart button. Please note the comment about swim suits for girls. If you have questions about sizing, please call Customer Service at 833-801-3168 or email at help@florenceeiseman.com.
