How do I redeem my points?
Make sure you are logged into your account and scroll down to the rewards section of the loyalty information page. Pick a reward from the options available based on your points balance and redeem your points for a coupon code. Coupons cannot be combined.
When do points expire?
Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Do past purchases count towards points or tier status?
Florence's Circle rewards, points, and tier status will begin being accrued on or after September 26, 2024. Any purchase activity prior to September 26, 2024 will not be considered when calculating rewards, points, or tier status.
If I place an order under a different e-mail address, can my points be combined under one account?
We are unable to make point or reward adjustments of any kind.
Can I use points and another discount code on the same order?
Points can be combined with most other discount codes.
When does tier status expire?
Tier status is based on a rolling year and will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
When does my tier status update?
Tier status is based on amount spent over the course of a rolling 12 month year. Your tier will update when the qualifying order ships.
How do I maintain my tier status?
To maintain your tier status, you will need to spend (within a rolling year) $0+ to keep Plaid, $500+ to keep Seersucker, and $1000+ to keep Velvet.
When will I receive my birthday reward?
Points will be automatically added to your account on your birthday. If you enter your birthday and it's within the next 30 days, your reward will not be granted until the following year.
Are all products eligible for accruing points?
All products except gift cards are eligible for accruing points.
What if my order is partially refunded?
If an item on your order is partially refunded, then the corresponding number of points will be deducted from your point total.
Can I use my coupon code for in-person or retail purchases?
Any Florence Circle coupon codes are only valid on florenceeiseman.com and merchandise sold on that platform.
Can I redeem points when checking out with PayPal or ShopPay?
Yes, you can redeem points when checking out with any offered payment method on the website.
What if expedited shipping options aren't available at checkout?
Unfortunately, this indicates that those expedited shipping options aren't available at the time. This can be the case with certain promotions, launches, and/or due to holiday carrier delays.
What happens if I make a return?
If items are returned, the corresponding number of points will be deducted from your account.
