Disappointed

The dress was quite wrinkled and thus could not be presented as a gift without ironing; the tie in the back was sewn strangely and 4" of extra fabric had to be cut off. I thought it was made in the USA which is what I wanted and had concluded before ordering, yet it was made in Peru; at least not China, but I was looking for a truly American company, which I thought I had found. I am embarrassed I let myself pay $74.00 for this item.
